Krabi 4 days Open Water Dive Course for Single Woman Travel alone, Safe?

I am planning for a dive course near Krabi, most probably at Koh Lanta or Koh Phi Phi, I am a lady travelling alone, is it safe enough? Any recomemdation of dive school that i can approach to?
