Why does Dep't of Tourism wouldn't promote fight game as a tourist potential attraction in Phil?

we all know that St. Peter promoted a fight game to his brave & real masculine followers during his time, but what happened to this game at this era it seems some organized activist condemning and called it as a violent game. So, who is right? St Peter or the Activist .
