What is the correct way to cite SIRS using MLA format in a research paper?

I have to write a research paper where we aren't aloud to use internet sources so instead we have to use online databases such as EbscoHost and SIRS. Most of my sources are from SIRS and I would like to know the correct way to cite my sources in the paper and on the works cited page. Thank you.
