What faa seat restraint/harness is approved for use by the disabled ?

my granddaughter is approx 75lbs and 3'8" tall, I would love to take her to Jamaica, WI but she is a bit big for a regular car seat and she is disabled and have no control of her torso. Please help me find something so I can take her on a trip
