Would it be a desire of brit engineers to biuld a brit car ?

if their was much patriotic support to buy it, how easy or hard would that be.If you think of raising an army to drive a foreign invader from our shores, you would have to do the same with engineers outbiuld and out design invading engineers and drive out the compatition, who would inspire themselves to embark on such an expedition of economic warfare.
