How to yze google algorithms?

Compared to the population out of google organization and the great minds that we have in other organization, why is it not possible for any of us to atleast have an idea to yza the way google guys are thinking. Are we so dumb? C'mon guys nothing is IMPOSSIBLE. I am in search of answer and i am also researching.
