Can Psoriasis Look Like Warts?

I'm getting these little bumps around my elbows, knees, and fingers. They appear to be disappearing and then reappearing again. I am getting more and more. They don't look like red patches, just like warts. I have many on my elbows but my knees seem to be getting better...is this psoriasis?
