What's a good non-smearing eyeliner that doesn't need to be sharpened?

I prefer 2 use cream eyeliners 4 this very reason (pencils smugde 2 easily 4 me). U can try MAC fluidline, but if u wanna try something cheaper that works jus as good as MAC try Loreal HIP cream eyeliner. W/ fluidline ur gonna have 4 buy an eyeliner brush, but w/ Loreal HIP, the cream eyeliner comes with a brush inside the package. If u want no more smugdes, liquid or cream eyeliner are ur best bet.
