Recommendations on **drugstore** eyeliner pencil?

I highly reccomend Maybelline's Line Stylist. It is plastic. Not sharpenable but twistable and I really, really like it because it's waterproof so it doesn't smudge or fade. It won't end up under your eyes, it stays put. Also, the tip is really small, not fat so it's precise on where you put it. I also like that I don't need to re-aply it later (longlasting). It's about $6 and lasts about 1 month or month and a half but worth it. It comes in black, light black, grey, and brown as far as I know. Try it, I'm sure you'll like it.
