If Rudy wins, will Bernard Kerik be his man as Chief of Homeland Security?

If Rudy wins, those who voted him in after impeaching Clinton will be hypocrites. The man is a combination of of the worse qualities of Clinton (big time philanderer) and Bush (heavy handed in law enforcement) together. I can't think of a worse combination.
