How was this known in Mohammeds time?

Good Question! However first off, God is the one that wrote the Quran, Muhammad was the messenger of the Quran who spread Gods words. There are MANY more things mentioned in the Quran that we are only seeing now and thats what really fascinates me about Islam and reures me that it's the truth (in my opinion)
