Bright pink bacteria in my ear piercing?

well the majority of bacteria isn't visible to the human eye, so it's more likely that there is a small amount of blood, mixed with puss or lymph. how old is the piercing? are there any signs of infection? is it painful, swollen, inflamed, warm to the touch? I'd say keep cleaning it regularly and if it worsens or you start experiencing any of the above symptoms then go see a doctor. if it is swollen or inflamed it may help to make a warm compress (with salt water, preferably) and treat it that way until you can see a professional. hope this helps!
